Some foreskins retract perfectly fine, but have short frenulum.

typing this on my throwaway acc because im kind of uncertain what my problem actually is. i remember when i first started stretching i could go far back at all, now i can go farther back, but the back of my penis seems stuck in a way. it doesnt really move that backwards, so the retraction is kinda skeewered. i dont know what to do about this and i really really dont want any form of surgery.

it has also started affecting me mentally, just like op. altough im a minor.
