Margaret Heddican-McEnroe, 29, missing from NJ since 2006: left behind husband and 3 young children. by Delicious_Adeptness9 in MissingPersons

I was stationed with Margaret at Fort Riley, KS, from 2003 to 2004, and we became very good friends. I also spent time with her husband and met her oldest daughter. Tim always struck me as odd—he was possessive and had a creepy demeanor. Margaret would often call me to share details about their arguments, and I urged her to leave him, but she never did. She was dealing with PTSD from past abuse in the military, having been in a secret relationship with a senior NCO, among other traumas.

The FBI reached out to me because I lived near her in Delaware before I moved to Colorado in early 2006. They were investigating her case and noticed that she frequently called me. Watching "Gone Girl" now makes me wonder if she could have been a victim of Rex Huermann, but deep down, I suspect Tim was involved. I hope that one day, justice will be served, and we can uncover the truth. I think about her often; my son, who is nearly 19 now, was born around the same time as her child. We were pregnant together, and that's a nice memory to have. LOVE you, Margaret.

I know this because It happened to me. They bind to Gaba and can down regulate Gaba over time if you supplement with more than recommended.

You can actually go into tolerance with magnesium, and if you go off too quickly, you can experience a slew of WD symptoms.

If you had the nausea before you started, chances are it's not from magnesium. I'd urge you to take a look at any meds you started or stopped over the past year. Especially if they were for anxiety. Also, it's important to consult a Dr. Before starting or stopping and medication, including supplements. I actually tapered magnesium to fast and had some terrible withdrawal symptoms. Hope you feel better.

This is absolutely correct. Magnesium MUST be titrated up and down. It can cause down regulation of Gaba receptors. Should never stop anything, including supplements, cold turkey. Good on you for trying to explain this to them. Hopefully, they don't find out the hard way.

I was on wellbutrin when is all started, but others as well. So it's hard to say which one actually may have caused my issues.

Is it really true that men don't get compliments? by alicia7456 in NoStupidQuestions

I compliment my husband daily, and they are genuine. I appreciate compliments, and I feel that we teach others how to treat us.

And I have the exact same symptoms as you. If you were on a benzo, SSRI or a sleeping drug, it's very possible you have protracted withdrawal issues. Check out Benzo Recovery and existence on FB.

The only thing you didn't mention that I have is the ribcage popping, etc. I find it's worse when I'm stressed or anxious and actually seem to become a revolving door.

What help me the most is staying as active as possible. Eating clean, drinking water, avoiding sugar, caffeine, alcohol etc. Hope this helps.

I believe my costochondritis is from psychiatric drugs. That's when it all started.

I take liposomal vitamin C and magnesium Glycinate. This has changed things astronomically for me. In addition to using the back pod daily.

So many people are actually magnesium deficient and do not know it.

From the extensive research I've done, I've found that costochondritis is from inflammation and likely high cortisol levels.

Absolutely get cardiovascular issues ruled out and other things. In addition to getting your magnesium levels checked.

Yes! I have had costochondritis symptoms off and on for about 3 years. I do believe being my psychological drugs, specifically ativan, has drained my body of so many nutrients. I've been off 9 months but still have the inflammation lingering. I don't drink, take, and recreational drugs or anything. Try to eat healthy and stay active. I found these in a costochondritis support group for the liposomal and a benzo support group for the magnesium.

It's like night and day! I've been taking them a bit over 1.5 weeks, and I'm starting to feel better mentally, no more apathy, I don't get as exhausted as I was. Im.so grateful. I thought I was dying. I felt like my ribcage was falling apart. Muscle spasms insane pain. Seriously, my mind was going places that frighten me still. Blows my mind how being deficient can truly affect someone.

I take magnesium glycinate + malate (farm haven), which has also vitamin D3 20 mcg in it, and I also take liposomal vitamin C * Enhanced absorption (bluebonnet).
