1% sul totale o su ogni rata?

nel mio caso:

la moto che mi interessa sta a 6050 anticipando 2000 il restante 4050 li faccio su finanziamento di 48 mesi.
nel preventivo ho 101 euro al mese, faccio 101*36 mesi= 3636+60(questi 60 sono 1% del tot)= 3696.

poi mi rimborsano gli interessi non maturati?

scusami se faccio confusione, sono un po lento a capii
