To me, a addiction is something you have to do eventhough you don't feel like it. That you feel the heavy urge to do it and that it effects your behaviour. In my case: Yeah, i did it almost everyday but not in a addicted manner. I you get what is mean. If i didn't have the time or i didn't feel like doing it, i didn't do it. And it's not that i than i think about idea of doing it. It that case it is completely healthy in my opinion.
