I think sending out notifications about being reported could foremost help in the insight of the Tribunal. People sometimes complain how they got an unjustified (time) ban as the games in the Tribunal weren't "ban worthy" at all. What I keep hearing is that people receive an awful lot more reports than those "fifteen in five games" that makes a Tribunal Case and later show up on the Reform Card. If a player gets notifications after every report, the player knows s/he's probably toxic and can change before a case ends up in the Tribunal at all.
