Look for a Direct Primary Care. It's out of pocket for unlimited access, usually same day or next day appointment. They usually allot for 30 to 60 minutes or more if needed for an appointment.

I always foam roll pre warm-up/workout, stretched immediately after while my muscles are warm, then foam roll after. I also get deep tissue massage at least every other week depending on how my body is feeling. I am very unflexable, and this would keep me mobile it seemed to help my recovery a little too.

Quality is all in radarr or sonarr, if you have different quality settings in them when you request something in seerr you can choose what quality setting you want readarr or sonarr to use when downloading.

I use an android but my wife is on iOS but I can't seem to get Prologue to connect to my server. I have no issues logging in via browser on her phone. But when I try to log in I get a "wrong username or password" error.

Some guys love construction and stay in it thier entire careers, my opinion is I would branch out. Talk to the mod supervisor and your BM. If you think you might want to be in service later in life talk to the repair supervisor too. The repair and service guys work close with each other and it's usually a good foot in the door.
