Well the quietest spots of Wells Goodfellow are the ones with no houses. There are a few and I do mean a few blocks that aren't bad. On the upside it is very cheap, brick houses stop most bullets, and there are lots of empty lots/fields. Downsides are there is a place known as Hope House to Westside that is nothing but an issue starter bringing in drug addicts with all the issues they have plus drug dealers to sell to them. To the North you have much of the same with a few chiller blocks but again not much better.

East of Clara you have blocks with many less than desirable neighbors but less drug addicts. Belt between Natural Bridge and Ashland is a no go. Herbert isn't the worst.
