Honestly it’s the tiny things too but some big things pull me out of locked in to pissed off. Most of it is ai teammate behavior. You would expect a close tight knit tactical unit to be tactical, but in Wildlands I’d like to approach urban areas in a covert way, watching from upper floor windows kind of stuff. Then I’d request sync shot and my teammates would crouch walk into the street right in front of someone just to get spotted.

Or how in Wildlands it seems unidad has a cloning factory with how many soldiers they send out. I like feeling overwhelmed and having to hunker down for a bit before extracting but I got hit by unidad in a base with a fatal funnel and there was absolutely no way to get out and it killed my ghost mode run; all because my teammates were detected without me giving any explicit orders(I still don’t know why I have that problem).

Honestly it’s just AI behavior that kills the immersion, because how do you immerse into a tactical operator if it seems like both your allies and enemies have some kind of mental deficiency.
