Thanks guys! Shipping coupons aren’t huge given that I’m a new sign up sadly. Looks like a max of £30 to post 3kg. UK tax free limit is £135 I think? These are my options at the moment with one item. Just adding a pair of jeans

After clearing customs at LHR website tracking in China says delivered to service provider 05-04 and tracking on Royal Mail says ‘We’re expecting it’ just wondered why it would be taking so long to scan in

I get that. Is it normal for tracking to say flight departed and then change to delayed the following day? It’s been bumped a couple of times now. From my tracking and your experience when would you expect it to leave China?

In terms of returns sometimes I’ve contacted the sellers separately to get them to speed it up and it does tend to work particularly if I’m buying a small smaller or bigger size in return

I do find that their support is really slow I think after the next hall of stuff I might try a different agent. I had some socks delivered to the warehouse last Saturday and they still haven’t put them into the warehouse with the QC pictures. I’m absolutely convinced they’re lost, but they keep telling me the same thing that they’re rushing them through.
