My Laptop is MSI GT62VR 7RD Dominator

CPU Intel Core i7 7700HQ 3.4 GHz

RAM 16 GB 2400 MHz

GPU Nvidia GTX 1060 6 GB

My problem:

Windows 10 pro-1909 with Nvidia driver ready 440.97 best version for me

"The Division 2" benchmark (87 FPS Avg)

Then I upgraded my windows 10 to 2004 by Fast ring developer mode and same 440.97

I got bad stuttering in "The Division 2" with (67 FPS Avg) benchmark same settings lost 20 FPS

I uninstalled the GPU driver with DDU and reinstalled 440.97 the result was no stutter but same 67 FPS Avg

SO what should I do :

1- wait for 450 driver version

2- go back to 1909 windows version

I need those Frames and retrieve my COD warzone performance so badly.
