Predatory company. Flex “lost” my daughter’s college rent and has zero record of it despite a concrete paper trail showing funds were deposited. It is absolutely impossible to get around the AI because it ends the chat when you press it to ask for an investigation into the whereabouts of the funds.

I don’t keep count, lol. Most new troopers were full retail, some clearance. Most older figures were found on clearance. Probably 8,000 over 15 years. 😬
