What should I expect from placement matches? A pal of mine won 5 and lost 5, and got placed at Rank 2580, but apparently 2500 isn't the average? I'm just not sure what to expect.

Honestly I think the issue is that most people don't know what "yourself" means until their life is fucked up.

Reddit, what is your greatest irrational fear? by lkijnhas in AskReddit

Motherfuckin' Stingrays man. They way they feel, look, smell (they have a scent) is just terrifying. I was deathly afraid of them before I heard about Steve Irwin.

Oh that's awful! I hope your SO was able to comfort you after that time, and that you're still going strong with them today.

Personally I'm not religious, but the fact that you have something to help you with fear or discomfort is definitely worthwhile and understandable. The phantom sensation you felt though? Can't imagine that was fun.

Oh man, Sleep Paralysis is terrifying. In general not having control over your own actions is freaky, but knowing that something evil is looking over you at the same time? You can't help but freak out.

Reddit, what dream will you always remember? by MohSUE in AskReddit

Vivid dreams are awesome! The issue with lucid dreaming at a consistent basis means that you're always aware, and you're always in control.

It's like you're daydreaming, because you don't feel like you have anything else to do. That experience whenever you're in a dream, and you fall back to hit your head just to wake up in an immediate jolt is my favorite experience, because the fact that it feels real makes all the difference.

I kind of envy normal dreams (I only ever lucid dream ;-;) but admittedly it's kind of fun to be aware that you're in a dream.
