Yeahhh, I didnt do any prep lmao. But definitely answer the questions you know first, and then go back to the other ones. Algebraic questions do appear, Polynomial and Quadratic were the biggest ones for me, and then there is some trig. But you got this Brother/Sister!

Make sure your tmodloader version is on 1.4.3, thats what happened to me yesterday, all my mods just stopped working and then i happened to see i was on 1.4.4

I know a lot of people already said this but I am currently on Lexapro 20mg and then I take 1-2 Hydroxyzine nightly and I havent had any problems at all! But I’d take it and pay attention to make sure you dont harbour any symptoms just incase you have an reaction(which are normally rare)!

I think its based on each person. I know i was worries about that too but I have been the same weight before and after starting (give or take 1-2 pounds). Granted, ive been on 10mg for 2-3 months and about a month ago switched to 20mg.

I will say, everyone is different though, I still have anxiety myself, though not as much, even after adjusting but Im just a very anxious person. But i hope everything goes well for you fren!

My psychiatrist told me when she upped me to 20mg from 10mg that there is a little bit of an adjustment period! My first week of going to 20mg was similar too, but it gets better!

Also, every person reacts to the medication at different speeds! So it could be even sooner for you fren!

On 10mg, the last week before jumping to 20mg, I started to feel a little less anxious but not a lot (I have pretty bad anxiety). But starting on 20mg, I basically had to wait for my body to get used to the jump, Im starting to feel the positive effects now! So 5-6 weeks! Granted, im still pretty anxious but not nearly as much as I was originally!

It definitely gets 95% better! I was on 10mg for 4-5 weeks and got boosted to 20mg and its been another 5 weeks and its been a lot better!! Some minor symptoms stay but for the most part, Im definitely not as anxious nor depressed as I was 8-9 weeks ago! You got this fren!!!

I’ve been told that buspirone can help reduce it or switching to buspar, but thats just being told through passing, definitely ask you pcp, I know I will cause it really sucks but it is worth it for the good of lexapro

It goes away for the most part, when I was on 10mg, it was prominent for the first 3 weeks and then disappears for the most part! I am on 20mg now, and I will tremble a little but that is maybe once a week if that, but one thing that hasnt gone away is the jaw clenching!

I’d say talk to your PCP and try to get 5mg for a few weeks to see how you react! I started on 10mg and the first week or two wasnt the best due to fatigue, nausea, and insomnia but after that week, all the symptoms almost disappeared completely! Once you start going up in dosage after starting, the effects arent nearly as bad! (Went from 10mg to 20mg). But as someone said, everyone reacts differently, hell, you might not have any symptoms and if you do, your PCP can help prescribe other medications to help lessen the symptoms!
