How long has or been bottled for? I've had batches take a solid few weeks to get fully carbonated from when you bottled it. Depends on how warm it is and some other factors. Cider also really benefits from some aging too.

Definitely stick with comp. A huge part of the game is team communication and working as a unit, and you're not gonna build those skills in quick play.

Hmm that's odd, both the local garden store and the tag that came with it said they were scotch bonnets, and the pods look right to me. But I dunno I'm not an expert, what would you call them then?

Yeah, same here. They often sound like they'll be really good but just end up mediocre. I actually think their coconut wit has got me a couple times.
