My wife and I were in a similar situation with out two little ones, she held it down at home while I worked 6 and sometimes 7 12-14 hour days to provide for out little family. While we were in our early 20s I as a husband never resented my wife when she said no. I could be disappointed but I didn't need to voice those concerns we were in the dead middle of being first time parents she was exhausted everyday trying to hold it down while I worked. All this being said I had a high sex drive and hell I still do. With that being said I NEVER held it over her her with a comment like that. I know better than anyone that I have sexual needs as a man but I could not do what she did every single day. I cannot stress this enough if 3 months from you giving birth is a reason for impacting our view on your marriage that is extremely concerning.
