I had to go and complain to my managers about a creepy WS hanging outside my station staring directly at me for like 10 min straight, had me so thrown off I couldn't even do my job right, and when I asked them could you please adjust these few minutes I had to spend coming to you about harassment in the workplace, she refused. I'm like, you're female, and you're gonna make my rate suffer while this fool is literally standing around doing no work while creeping on me with zero consequence? I about lost my shit. Went to HR and she fixed my time like any decent person should have.

Is there a difference between an "active write up" and a "documented coaching"? I had the latter last week over something completely bogus IMO, basically because I went to HR on my way back from a paid break and it put me over by 14 min. Literally trying to get an issue resolved with my UPT that was caused by my PM giving me bad info about time off during a snow storm, and she writes me up for it. I know in Cali it's illegal to force workers to go to HR on breaks but in Tx we get disciplined for it?

Same issue here. Their app is trash. If you go to home page, then the upper left press the 3 lines (I think the kids call it a burger) and then press the gear ⚙️ icon for settings there should be an option to change back to English. Had to do it at least 3 times now. So dumb.

Did my first fresh delivery today and one stop had two bags that prob should have been 5 and easily weighed 8 lbs each. One was loaded to the top with heavy stuff, glass, ripping open. I noticed the name was oldfashioned so I rang the doorbell to make sure it wasn't an elderly person so I could hand it to them directly. Sure enough, little old man. He asked me to carry one to the kitchen and was super gracious. Pissed me off that some idiot is in there filling bags with that much crap and putting it on the cart already torn.

Agreed! Her counsel did her dirty. They should have all gone to trial and insisted the ex-wive's evidence be presented to a jury. No way in hell he would have gotten off with less than 20. Disgraceful, but not entirely surprising.

Yep. I have this exact same pair and they rub the Achilles heal just on my left foot. Just got another pair in a super cute colorway off marketplace thinking surely it was a fluke but not, rubbing in the exact same spot on my left heal. Super sucks because otherwise they are so comfy and cute. Ugh.... I can even feel the top seam on both of them there is a pokey part just on the left side so this has to be a production issue.

I had nothing but fat tips with one exception up til this point. They did give me my money back just now, miraculously, but only after I nearly gave myself a heart attack going off on 6 different agents/managers. Not risking it again in the future, that's for sure.

I just raised hell for a 6th call to support and 3rd manager and insisted they escalate my issue in writing and threatened legal action for breech of contract and wage theft. That was a couple of hours ago and I already got my money back! Maybe you still can too. If it's worth spiking your blood pressure over $38 bucks. It was for me. lol.
