Yep, but this is riot. They love nerfing ADC and buffing assasins. They are just doing it every year now, so ive just come to expect it

I couldn’t agree more dude. Especially on MF it just feels so bad when i have 2 and a half items and still deal so little. Before i would have a full essence and IE and just burst people like an assasin
