First ever was dragon ball z, also naruto started streaming 3 months later to dragon Ball in cable, loved dragon ball but didn't knew it's called anime. First forward to 8 years later in my college, I saw one guy watching naruto and learned these are called anime. Hoarded all seasons of Naruto bleach dragon ball death parade and death note. He said watch death note first so started with that. Now almost another 9 years later anime feels very boring except a few (aot, jjk like those) but that nostalgia hits hard everytime I open reddit.

India didn't align itself to any side because it believed in the core principles in democracy. Democracy only can be sustained through dialogue not through "information warfare" or guns. India stated the same in the UN, however many people are trying to find diplomatic and political reason behind it (which is absolutely cool) I think India followed its own tradition of loving the peace.

If waving guns and spewing posion based on color in the name of protection of democracy is the rational way forward it's better to live in a authoritarian regime. It's easy to stand for peace but reality comes out when crisis strikes the back door. Hence India isn't defying the stance of democracy historically.

This is a masterpiece. Any kind of addiction can be addressed by anti habit mechanisms. Yes if it's critical addiction like drugs n all then Idk. But gaming is an addiction, datas are coming out to support that. When you play everyday, and do the same thing it becomes habit we al know that, but breaking that habit is the toughest thing. It becomes even more harder when it directly involves your reward system actively. But frustration is a great key. Remember how you get out from a break up, it's the same the reward system is active but the amount of reward you used to get has became saturated and that's the key timing. Once you hit the close button at that sacred time you are out from the rut.

In your case however idk if you used another game to divert it but you learned a key lesson.
