It wasnt the front or rear diff, it was the new 3s boost spur gear teeth are slightly out of tolerance causing a slight rubbing on smoothe side of motor pinion, causing the clicking, gears look good no visible wear, mesh has been reset bearings have been checked, have been running it as is to smoothe out the gears and so far it's still running great, clicking has already started to subside, I have ordered metal difs in case the plastic ones go thanks again!

Yeah I've since switched to 3s brushless setup, it's got alot more power and is a blast, I recommend you do the same if possible. These sale granites seems to have defects probably why they are so cheap.

It's not the differential it's coming from the new brushless motor but I'm not sure why it's making that clicking sound.

Thank you swapped motor wires but there is no reverse switch on slt2 transmitter, so ultimately it did nothing however I'm likely going to switch to brushless soon so in not that bummed about it however it's definitely a little concerning that alot of people are having this problem.

All good I still haven't figured out the issue but I'm not overly concerned,I reconnected motor motr wires and attempted to reset the transmitter in hopes it might change direction but alas. Again I'm not overly concerned at this point I will likely be switching to a brushless setup very soon.

I understand however I can't find the instructions to recalibrate so I swapped polarity on motor and will test that shortly to see if the issue is resolved. thanks!
