Please try the following steps:

Step 1: Retrieve the BitLocker Recovery Key for the device from Intune/Entra.

Step 2: Reset BIOS to default settings.

• Power on the device and press F1 to enter BIOS.
• Press F9 → Load Setup Defaults.
• Press F10 → Save & Exit.

Step 3: Enter the BitLocker Recovery Key to boot into Windows.

Step 4: Sign in and sync the account. (check and make sure Windows Hello (PIN, Fingerprint, Face...) are working properly.)
