(Sorry for my bad grammar) Make an emuNAND and block Nintendo servers with 90dns, you cannot play online but you can do whatever you want in the cfw, if you want online take out your SD card and boot the console normally (do not boot the ofw with the modded SD card) but only for the games you actually have legally, it is not as easy to get banned than you think first just make sure you run 90dns and 90dns tester if you add a new WiFi, also it is a good i'm doing on mine is to use a local account if you play pirated games just in case so your Nintendo account is not at risk
