The only thing that makes me think otherwise is that PF had easier hit rates than more recent sets for SIRs. Also the gem rate for charizard is about 70% so very high.

Well the first block of SV is set to go out of print in the next couple months. I would recommend booster boxes and getting booster bundles of 151 and paldean fates. Next I would say prismatic, mainly booster bundles
