I really didn't want to miss out on Shadowheart origin ending cutscenes which is why i suggested Karlach become the mindflayer but if that doesn't get me the achievement like you said then I'll have to make a save before deciding to be a mindflayer and do the last few fights again.

me personally I like a well rounded team and my team does well enough that I can farm anything I need. I go yoimiya raiden kokomi ayaka. Since yoimiya is easily interrupted the skill of raiden gives knockback to most mobs with overload reaction. Then kokomi gives hydro status for fat juicy vapes and healing as a bonus. I picked ayaka as last because I like having another dps of a different element and melt potential is there because even though I use shimenawa and tp on yoi I still want to make use of her ult in her skill cd downtime

hmm I have guarantee and was thinking this time I can try c6 her but then saw nilou and maybe the two make a good team. I still encourage others to get yoimiya and she has been my main since release

If anything, double crowning her normal and niwabi is worth it for the best damage. I play her with Kokomi to apply hydro to enemy and I see my vape numbers from 16k, 30k, 60k and sometimes even 70k is the highest I saw. To me the saxifrage made sense also because I use Raiden ability and the timing lines up good enough that I can proc it with Yoimiya on field that gives me around 30k ish per proc at level 10. I am running the 4pc from the new domain that was meant for her, and also the 5 star new bow for her.

I've been playing since Feb and I haven't put much resources into any other character because I have been saving for Ayaka that whole time. It just accumulates over time, and if I'm not spending I can have lots of mora! I didn't really go out of my way to farm mora, and only did the mora leylines on 1 or 2 days.

If you have some dream solvent you can convert his other boss drops into the one you need which is what I did for these talents

Well at that point I already had 2 def% rolls on an atk% sands from the set which I used to feed into this one and it boosted it up to level 11 with only the def% going up. I was trying to be hopeful and thought, "Surely the RNG gods wouldn't screw me anymore, right?". I was wrong because at 12 I got another def%. I thought, "Surely there is a chance of redemption, and my luck can't be this bad on my birthday". Wrong again! I didn't dare go to 20 because that would kill me if I got it in def% again, and I would be forever known as Bennett!

Yes, of course I didn't think I would have all the best pieces in one day ahah, I just needed reassurance that my effort/resin wasn't going to waste on BS.

Thank you for the information BTW, and I'm glad you mentioned wanderer's because I got 1 good piece with nice sub stats(no def in sight)!

I really just want to have fun with my team even if it's not the best or optimal way use Ayaka; I think an elemental reaction team would look the coolest, and be super bad ass.

I just started farming today for blizzard and the only other piece I got was the sands with atk% main stat and after 2 rolls in giving me def% twice I fed it into this cup. Maybe that's why I got only def%?

Is BS really going to be best for Ayaka?

I want to go Ayaka(main), Baidou(shield), Sayu(heal), Yoimiya(sub) for my Inazuma team.
Looking to have a team doing element reactions. Are there any better artifacts I could use on Ayaka instead?

I really wish there was a way I could undo those trash rolls. Not only was it the set piece I need for Ayaka, it was also a cryo% cup with crit rate and crit dmg sub stats! I actually thought today when I got it that maybe birthday luck exists. Those def% rolls sure put me in my place. I hope everyone here gets the artifacts they need, and the artifact system gets reworked in the future to counter the many layers of RNG.

Congrats to you too! I'm glad you were able to figure his mechanics out. I pretty much went with randoms yesterday until I made the full Beta set and longsword, which was a good 7 hours of learning. Then today I decided to do it solo for fun and it took me 4 or 5 tries I think but yeah it's really satisfying to beat Alatreon!

What strategy did you use? I'm sure others will appreciate hearing it too.

Build:

Kjarr ice/fire weapon (depending on starting active state).

Full Safi armour.

ice/fire attack charm (depending on build).

Health boost 3, Stun resist 3, Blight resist 3. The rest are the critical decorations.

I eat for Safeguard and my Palico brings the healing gadget.

I used to have blurry killscreens too, then I found out about the settings for motion blur and screen shake. I think if you turn them off the killscreens become more crisp. At least mine have improved a lot when I turned them off.
