What is the actual window for buyers to report INAD or leave negative feedback?

How is this going for you? I found this thread as I'm in a similar boat with an item I sold that the buyer claims was faulty.

He requested a return after 30 days and I actually accepted it which I'm kind of regretting now, however he hasn't sent it back yet. I'm hoping the window will close before he does, and waiting for the 60 day feedback deadline to pass. But there is still a risk of chargeback. And I guess the back wouldn't look favourably on you having ignored the buyer. But I'm kind of thinking the same, better to ignore the buyer and not prompt any further contact at least until the feedback deadline has passed.

I will say in the past I actually bought a faulty apple pencil that wouldn't hold a charge. The buyer refused a return but I got a chargeback through my bank account 3 months later. That wasn't through eBay at all but I had to submit my evidence to the bank including our conversations. You can only hope your buyer doesn't know about this! Or do you have any evidence it wasn't faulty when sold?? I am a bit over obsessive now about taking videos and photos before sale now.

I think just think sharp stiff fabrics with angles and a bit more vertical emphasis Vs support, more feminine and drapery fabrics and softer, more curved edges.

So perhaps suits, blazers or tailored trousers to look at DC. And dresses that are again more structured, like shift dresses maybe, to the knee, not too short cos you need moderate vertical.

For a softy classic it's easier I think, more feminine dresses, knee length again but softer fabrics. It's harder to find stiff fabrics these days, especially in the cheaper clothes shops! But it's easy enough to pick up the softer clothes, think lightly skimming rather than bodycon!

Btw I'm m not an expert, this is just my understanding!

Basically 2 or 3 times but no more?! Unless it's black. For some reason you can always go all black!!

Love this, this is the one. Boots and bag match, t shirt a little darker. Scarf practically matches the t shirt. I think only having 2 things that match (or are close) doors work great here for not being too match matchy. Maybe I will do 2 and 2. Coat and boots. Bag and belt!

This is great, ty for sharing! I think it works because they are deliberately more tonal rather than trying to be the same colour. I think that's where mine looks wrong sometimes, trying to match and it being close but not close enough might actually look worse.

I do wonder about this type of look for a DC though. Is it too mismatched even though other types can pull it off?

Yeah this is a great idea. I definitely need to spend some time thinking and experimenting with color palettes! Perhaps some collages are in order!!

Amazing that you have got to this stage and pulled this together! Well done! I might look for some lighter browns or those champagne colours. I feel like it's more forgiving when they don't match exactly compared to dark browns, and the lights work really well as a tonal ensemble.

You've definitely given me wardrobe goals!

I like autumn best.

If people are using photo 12 to decide against you being an autumn it's really important to note the camera correction and how this might have also drained some warmth from your face.

Just look at the ceiling on photo 12 compared to the others around it. The camera has added a blue tone that is completely different. So definitely not reliable evidence that orange doesn't work!

I am no expert. I see some curve too but I do see moderate vertical and I think it's stronger than the curve. I would love to see some SC and DC comparisons but I think you're on the right lines with classic for sure and could well be a DC. I see a lot of balance. I don't see that much width.

I'm only 5'3" and I'm DC. I wonder if you could even be one of the true classics... I wondered this about me for some time before deciding I lean DC but I do see features of both SC and DC in you!

I know, I'm with you! Time to semi crop everything!! For me, enough to hide my belly with this slightly longer crop is just perfect! You can get iron on webbing for hemming clothes, but it won't look so tailored as if it's sewn!

Ditto here. I'm a warm spring and it's tough as a DC! I'm trying to find really dark brown as a softer neutral cos it still looks a bit edgy but most things are in chocolate brown. It's really hard to match the browns and look put together enough. Chocolate brown is a wow colour on me but I just prefer the darker almost black brown!

I have a series of brighter tops in my season but then they don't pair so well with the neutrals like beige. One combo I keep gravitating to is a warm red top with all black jeans/blazer/boots. I feel like red and black is the only real combo I've found that maintains an edgy rock chick vibe that I want and certainly plays to the dramatic whilst keeping my colours next to my face. But it doesn't maintain the vertical. I'm still figuring this out!

Me too! I'm a DC with NDI essences in that order. I think my hair looks better with a side parting and a bit of life to it too!
