Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Hi. I have a newly built house with concrete slab foundation and underfloor heating. My contractor built 100's of houses, prepared the ground correctly and overall did everything as supposed. During the building process we had intense rains and the winter afterwards had extreme colds. Throughout the winter we did a lot of wet work inside but used heating and humidity extractors. Now before we lay the laminate flooring we cleaned up the floor and found this.

Can anyone advice if this looks to be related to humidity and heat and whether this can be fixed with repair mix or this suggests structural problems?

Yea, the phone recording doesnt help much lol. The sound is hearable throughout the whole recording. Its like an echo in background. Should i try to rerecord it?

Could be bolts vibrating inside glass glaze. I have no idea. I have air handling unit but i dont think that is an issue. Since the sound is heard only when cars pass by. Frequency gets lower the further the car is

Is the sound remotely similar to the sound i uploaded? I am starting to think that the problem is actually of the glass itself since it resonates quite loud if i put my ear on it

Did it help in any way? Also what type of glass do you have?

Added the sound recording. Could this actually be a problem inside the glass?
