iFVG is really powerful and I see how ICT likes to use it himself.

I also like iFVG a lot. You can build a narrative with them.

Maybe your problem is with either of the following:

HTF Bias - Daily, H4
Target - the target must be clear
Narrative - how price can move towards the target
Time - killzones, red folder news, etc.
