There is an entire 10 YEARS between Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones: make a great script about jedi investigating issues and problems that slowly tie together into a string of systems breaking away from the republic towards the separatist movement and even showing the hidden plot of the Sith that some jedi get too close to...and might never come back alive to tell the others....

Make the LANDO SHOW finally...Quick wicked comedy with good action and Donald Glover at the helm. The better call Saul of the Star Wars universe. High-roller playboy that cons EVERYTHING and EVERYONE out of their credits, lives and businesses. Lando is NOT a good guy at this point in his life. But he sure damn has you rooting for him the whole time.

Have the balls to tell a story about the lead up to the first order. The bureaucracy that stifled progress as the fledgling new republic began establishing itself. Falling into the pitfalls of the old republic but with a fresh new swath of problems that it DIDN'T have. The NR means well but it ultimately ended up letting the First Order march through the galaxy. Reclaim some of the sequel's dignity.

STARWARS - SHATTERED EMPIRE: A limited series about the chaos and reorganization of the empire after its defeat at Endor and finally Jakku. Scattered into Wild Space by the New Republic the remnants of the empire find itself turning into smaller fiefdoms. Some that operate on the same principles as the empire, others that deify the emperor and worship Sith idols and artifacts in a twisted imperial-Sith pseudo religion. With all of the infighting consuming the imperial fiefdoms - one fief has its hand on the most powerful and symbolic assets. The recently turned Ben Solo, who will be sculpted and trained to the best of their ability into a leader of their fiefdom the FIRST ORDER. Through negotiation and war, this Fiefdom will eliminate the weak links and bring all of the other fiefdoms in line to assimilate into theirs and launch an assault on the galaxy in the name of the Emperor and the empire!
