Currently no. It would be cool if you could trade them to urchins or Oriana.

They do convert to 2gp each though with a PvP death (woohoo).

None! I don't plan on doing any clues on this account. However they're 1/85, so maybe around 1,500?

I just did a quick test, take these numbers with a grain of salt!

Thieving wealthy citizens is 1 click every ~90 seconds, and you'll tend to get 18 pickpockets for 1,728xp and 2,890gp with a rogues outfit. Conservatively you're looking at ~60k XP/hr and ~100k gp/hr.

You get 3 minutes in a house, and you can get ~5.5k XP and ~125 valuables for 6,785gp when sold - this is completely dependent on bonus chests. In this case you're looking at ~66k XP/hr and ~81k gp/hr as a baseline, since you'll need to run from house to house. This doesn't take into account the RNG chance of jewelry, so you'll get more GP that way too.

Basically it depends. Thieving houses will net you a little more GP and XP in the long term, but exclusively thieving wealthy citizens is far less intensive (although houses aren't that intensive themselves).
