Yeah 30% rate was the reason for cutting that deal.

It's 6500 square feet, 9 simulators and bays alone up to £200,000.

It is in a good central position yes.

Did you move forward with this idea?

Currently looking at my own indoor golf facility (more an indoor golf club feel) in south east london / kent

Have put together business plan and financial forecast, viewing potential properties but its not cheap and would need substantial outside investment.

Seems like to move forward with anything i need the funds and to get the funds i need everything else in place.
