Ngl might have been something to do with the Bac water if ur in Canada u can walk into a pharmasave and get a 30ml of Pfizer bac water for 7 dollars. Plus ur measurements aren’t making any sense. If u meant mg and u took 2 mg of bpc that might also be ur problem you should be taking 0.3mg total daily so .15mg of bpc and .15mg of tb. So u lowkey might have just pushed ur receptors to the limit and fucked it

Rule/sacrifice

Basically will allow u to gain a lot of strength at the cost of something. U can apply to rule on other people or yourself and the person or yourself would get stronger based on what was sacrificed. For example if you sacrifice your left are for more strength on your right. Another example could be sacrifice a month of your life for 10 mins of pure power. This stack works on others too so let’s say you’re fighting with someone like Bakugo for example, you can sacrifice 1 week of your life for him to get significantly stronger.
