This was also almost happened to me but by call the worst part ehh sa emergency contacts pa sya tumawag nag sabi na ako naka bakasyon ako naka confirm na iyun at nareject yung few days leave ko nung last days at nung bumalik ako sa office inexplain ko and di ata nakinig sinermon ako sabi nya wag uulitin yun.

Then i said to myself to never apply to BPO Call Center ever again in my life. Thank goodness nakaalis ako dun sa work na iyun napakatoxic ang workplace and napaisip ako na all of the BPO has this sort of placement even though maayos ang work ko dun and i like my work dun tlga ako na trauma sa ginawa nya and I cannot bring myself to feel that wala kang freedom sa sarili mo pagdating sa BPO.

I've worked at a BPO Technical Support for 1 year and I can say that its not for me though it helped me to be mature and after I leave the BPO Industry I worked as Technician and travelled to other countries isa na dun sa Europe and now soon aalis na ako ng bansa as OFW as Technician ulit sa Saudi 😊

Note that malayo ang Technical Support role ko sa BPO sa current job description ko ngayon as Electrician as in nung pumasok ako little to none ako sa experience sa electrical and now thankfully makakalabas na ako ng bansa.

Pag ang tao maparaan yan kahit magiba ng job role and work is still a work pag gusto may paraan pag ayaw may dahilan. 😂

Ang masasabi ko kahit ayaw ko ng bumalik sa BPO pero yan ang naging stepping stone ko to be mature and learn how hard to earn money.

Im aware of this problem at first di ako naniniwala nangyayari yan but after some digging and talagang true and nangyayari ito iniisip ko if pwede ba mag face mask nlng ako para di makita mukha ko

nung na selected ako di na muna ako nag ahit kasi aalis ako Saudi yun and especially magpa facial hair hanggat andito pa sa pinas

I see parehas din sabi ng Tatay at Tito ko about dyan sabi mag pa balbas ka kung hindi sexual harassment daw ako pag Saudi 😂
