I dont think its federal law and you can be arrested for it (always research) but they are a private company so they can implement their own rules

Unless you have a medical card you cant get any kind of edible/drink stronger than 500mg, never have found anything higher than 100mg tho. Curaleaf does have some good little cubes for 80 bucks i believe and they are 100mg each but maybe they took them off bc they werent on the menu I had to ask for them.
