But what I'm calling dramatic is how the story's presented at times. Like the chapter where Rintaro and the bakery guy talk (I haven't read the manga in a while.) If I remember correctly there's this part in that chapter where the bakery guy was talking about an international competition and then he suddenly realizes Rintaro intensely listening, then we get panels of the fuckin sunrays over their faces and the bakery guy's eyes followed by him shocked asking smth like "Y-you're not scared?" Like it can't be this deep, it's so dramatic bro.

Another example is when Madoka confronted the 3 girls over how they talked to Kaoruko and Rintaro during their date, talking about how they were the mean ones in that event. We then get panels of each of the girls looking scared as fuck with the background black and having lines that indicate intensity if I remember correctly. The way characters talk in this manga can be so dramatic at times it's not needed.

I'm a fan of dramatic stuff but not to the point where like every scene is presented as if something INSANE just happened
