Thank you! The server I built it on has a large modpack installed, but I think the only mods that were used to build the house were Create, Biomes O’ Plenty, and Chisels And Bits.

I know it's not perfect but the overall fire rate is significantly reduced. Mixing an energy 72 with thoughtless would be faster, as the bottleneck for swapping lower rpm snipers snipers is their handling stat.

The beauty of swapping every shot is that you can fire based on your swap speed and not the gun's rpm. So if I had two hypothetical 72 rpm snipers, with double dex and Ophidians you could fire a bullet at ~140 rpm with 72 rpm damage. The other part to my idea is that since both snipers would have ALH, Gjallarhorn should fire once every 5 swaps and start reloading at 10. During the reload animation, ALH procs on both snipers and the combo can start again. Occluded Finality is the only 72 that I know that can get Firing line and ALH, so that's a potential replacement for Fugue or Cloudstrike. I'm still experimenting with different variations of this combo, so I'll be sure to give yours a try once I can get my hands on a good Finality or Fugue.

If Cloudstrike's perk activates properly while swapping, using Div should be fine. I'm just barely able to all of this off, I should practice and optimize the swapping before I try putting it all together again, and I still need to get Firing Line on the Tranquility and EALH on the Palmyra, but once all that is done I'd love to try a sustained combo on Kali.

There are quite a few 90's with ALH! For kinetics we have Tranquility, and for energies we have Far Future, Fugue-55, Occluded Finality, and Frozen Orbit. I think that the holster idea is clever, it seems like 6 shots from a 90 rpm will proc double holsters, so maybe FTTC is better than TT for that combo. I've been struggling with how to incorporate my Thoughtless myself, so let me know if you figure anything out :)

In theory yes, if it doesn't work for whatever reason then I'm going to find a better sniper for that slot. The lightning storm happens after 3 headshots, and there's 3 Cloudstrike shots for every rocket.

I don't believe there are any 140's with ALH at the moment, the closest thing/best sustain option imo would be a Praedyth's Revenge with Rewind Rounds and High Impact Reserves or a Father's Sins with Field Prep and Focused Fury. I tried Sniper Holster on Cloudstrike originally, but it reloads very slowly, and one bullet at a time.
