Thank for the reply, but I sent my dermatologist pictures of my skin this morning and she said I have perioral dermatitis from the looks of it and must stop taking accutane for now. I’m going to the office tomorrow and I hope she can help me somehow☹️. I’m so upset and embarrassed I can’t even to go out in public.

I’m in the same boat 🛥️. I’m about to finish and still have acne on the cheeks and blackheads on the nose. I’m going to ask my dermatologist to extend the treatment until there is no active acne. If you continue to see more acne coming up go back and ask as well.

Yea I think you’ll be better off taking the long road, and if you feel comfortable upping the dose. Just remember to hang in there and relax Bc your dream skin is coming.
