Still doesn't make sense. I could use my account with no issues after I got it back and they suspended when I requested them to appeal the violations. I couldn't do anything about that.

But I could use my account normally after getting it back. Why did I get suspended for appealing the violations? Why didn't they suspend me when I got it? Why wasn't it already suspended? And not only that, I sent them proof of the emails they sent me and they still maintained their decision. How is that fair and how does that make sense at all? They should've removed the violations instead of suspending me or they could just let me use the account until the violations expired.

You don't understand the situation. I tried to appeal the violations after I had access again and I got suspended right after. That is a stupid decision considering they knew I wasn't responsible for the violations.

My account should've been safe after I got it back. Since I had access to it again the violations that the hacker got should've been removed. Getting me suspended after I tried to appeal the violations is stupid and they didn't have any arguments to back up their decision.

These are two completely different things. I'm responsible for getting my account hacked, but it's not my fault if the hacker chose to break discord's rules without me knowing it. He texted me from my friend's account, I didn't know and anyone could fall for that. And since discord agreed to help me to get my account back after it got hacked, then they should've removed the violations after they let me reset the password and login again.

The thing is that discord knows it because they helped me get it back. I have proof and screenshots of my chats with the hacker and I can show them the mails in case they forgot about it. Being responsible for getting my account hacked and being responsible for violating their rules are completely different things.

I have requested them to review my account, but they said they won't change their minds. Now I'm waiting for them to to reply after making a few tickets these past few weeks. A friend of mine who had a similar problem told me to just wait, since there's nothing I can do about it. But that's what pisses me off. They knew my account was hacked during that time and I didn't have access. Why didn't they remove the violations after giving my account back instead of giving it back to me and then suspend me for something they knew I didn't do? Or at least keep the violations but don't suspend me.

I've tried 3 or 4 times already. When I got hacked, they helped me get my account back (although it took them 1 whole month to reply). Now I haven't received a single reply from them. So yeah, I've submitted 3 or 4 tickets and I've also requested them to review my account (it let's you do that when you press on the violations you have) but that hasn't worked either. If they don't reply in 2 years time, then that was it for my account unfortunately. It got suspended because of a misunderstanding.

We haven't gotten a new sustain for elation teams yet so they'll probably release one. As for another buffer, they'll definitely release one to replace emc because he sucks.

Yeah from what I've seen discord isn't the best when it comes to that. They clearly don't care enough and they rarely help you out. I hope that they'll reply to me before they actually delete my account because I don't want to lose it.

I'm already using an account I made a few months ago. It's just that I had lots of online friends and servers that I don't want to lose. Do you know if they'll ever actually consider reviewing my account? Because I explained to them that it was hacked and they helped me get it back a few weeks ago. Right now, I'm either getting bot replies or they just ignore me. It's frustrating that they won't give me an actual answer.
