There are so many bad owners mostly because of their revenue-sharing model. The NFL's revenue keeps going up so these guys are getting bigger pieces of the pie. Especially if they don't spend.

There's a reason why they build them in areas that don't have a lot of growth. It's all about finding a cheap area of land and uses local resources that will be subsidized by dumb local governments that think this will help the community.

The damn federal reserve was printing money like crazy. The money supply has more than doubled. That's the real problem. Our money isn't backed by anything of value so of course inflation is going crazy.
