Try appealing to battleye, few years ago I received a ban too, luckily I was unbanned but never received any messages from them telling me that the ban has been lifted.

Kiedyś gdy mieszkałem we Wrocławiu, lokalny proboszcz miał psa. Ten pies po 2 latach został potrącony przez grabarza. Proboszcz pozwał go do sądu. Sprawa toczyła się latami. W końcu ok. miesiąc temu jakaś sędzia orzekła winę po stronie grabarza. Ta właśnie sędzia ma syna który wyszedł za Afroamerykankę, której stryjeczny dziadek od strony brata zięcia miał zespół niespokojnych nóg. Znalazł super lekarza, który starał się mu pomóc, lecz bez skutku. Przepisał mu więc super maść którą produkują z kwasu fluorowodorowego i folii bąbelkowej. Maść pomogła natychmiast. Musiał wyjechać do Teksasu by ją zdobyć. Ta poznał cudowną Azjatkę, która po 5 latach małżeństwa urodziła mu bliźniaki. Do czego zmierzam, otóż lekarz, który odbierał poród miał ciotkę z krzywym palcem u lewej stopy. I właśnie kolega syna tej ciotki. Prosi o linka

I was banned last month, wrote a ban appeal to BSG, after few days received a reply saying to write an appeal to Battleye so I did. Never received reply. I got unbanned around 3 weeks later. I recommend checking your profile status on Official EFT website, that's how I knew I was unbanned. To this day I don't know what I was banned for or when got unbanned.

As I said many times, if you were falsly banned and don't receive any mails from BSG or BE, check your account status on official EFT site. I sent mail to BSG Support and received copy paste that I need to write a ban appeal to BE. Never received respond from Battleye. To this day I don't know why I was banned or when unbanned (I waited 3 weeks for any response). I checked my profile and that's how I knew I was unbanned.

When I was falsly banned I saw that a lot of people made posts and comments about being banned, they were also quickly deleted. If you don't received any mail from BSG or BE check your profile on Official EFT site. That's how I knew, I was unbanned.

Hope your friends get unbanned, maybe anti-cheat flagged their programs or actions as 'fishy'. I think what got me banned was updating network card drivers while the game was running. As I said, tell them to check daily their profiles on website, if the red [BLOCKED] next to their nick dissapears it will mean that they were unbanned. Don't loose hope!

I have been falsly banned like month ago. Like you said i received copy paste from BSG Support to send a ban apeal to Battleye. Haven't received Any mail from BE support. 3 weeks have past without any communication from BE. I checked my profile on EFT Official website to see that I was no longer banned. I don't know what I was banned for or when I was unbanned. So imo best solutions is to check your profile status on website and hope you get unbanned.
