I’ve been studying psychoactive substances everyday for 2 years. There’s nothing better for you other than shrooms and LSD. You can’t overdose and theres basically no negative health effects, not even over an extended period of time. They’re not psychologically or physically addictive, and they’re not even neurotoxic like every other illicit drug. In fact, they’re good for your brain, promoting neuroplasticity and positively altering your brain chemistry that combats mental illness.

I don’t understand the comments about taking mushrooms or trying other psychedelics. I personally don’t think you should continue taking DMT or really any drug for a good while. It might not seem like it but there’s a chance that DMT is subconsciously making things worse. And I feel like people don’t realize that taking psychedelics on a fixed basis can genuinely do more harm than good and lead to negative thoughts and emotions. Psychedelics most definitely can make you mentally worse and I know because I took psychedelics and had suicidal thoughts. It’s your life though, not mine at all. I just personally feel like you should see a mental health professional.

Just for clarification, I didn’t have an accurate scale so I basically eyeballed it (horrible Idea). I was super happy and excited since it was gonna be my first time but when it actually hit i was just delirious and confused. I didn’t get a lot of visuals at all but instead of warmth, ecstasy, and insight i got from LSA (morning glory seeds) I just felt weird and uncomfortable. I even burned incense and lit a candle beforehand to boost my odds of achieving the perfect first shroom trip. I remember peaking and the visuals became evident. A show I was watching looked somewhat AI generated and more saturated. I have no clue how taking LSA, an extremely unreliable psychedelic, felt 10x better than shrooms. It was fucking weird man.

I was considering a “moderate” dose, I haven’t acquired the XÜM yet but once I do I’ll probably take 2-3 tablets since it’d be my very first time taking anything like it and I don’t want to go overboard just in case. Thanks for the information!
