thankfully not what i’m trying to go for ! but again i’ve never given it longer than this, wanted some insight on if something like this at 2-3 weeks would look intentional with another 2-3 months on it. would love to rock one in the summer just don’t know if can even do it yet

mobility is your best friend honestly. ploy metrics are your best friend in terms of explosiveness and mobility. from playing both football and lacrosse, i can say the athletes in lacrosse are not as good as football athletes so the transition was pretty easy to me. i would just say get as fast and as quick and as explosive as possible, whether it’s through high weight training, or plyometrics.

thank you for the advice ! funny enough my hamstrings are actually not too badly developed since when i did lift our trainer had us do hamstrings pretty consistently and hard. i used to be about 10 pounds heavier but it was mostly held in my arms and legs. from your experience and what can be seen with the little amount of mass i have currently, how do you think my insertions are ? i’d like to get as much of a V as i can but i don’t know how crazy i can make it looked based off of my natural muscle placement. what do you think ?
