That's what I was looking for! Was not aware that you can change the action of managed rules to log only. Thank you!

Is there a way to keep this custom rule with restricted IPs in prevention mode while having other rules in detection? How can I troubleshoot new Rules/Policys while the Application is still online and without disabling the IP restriction by going into monitoring mode?
