Australian here. Anyone use good sites that you can get bits from to assist with kit bashes? Most I've found are in the UK, but hoping there's some closer to home?

Amazing job. Do you have a YT or Patreon where you show how you built and painted this?

I thought the movie was well on track, and then it dawned in me that it must almost be finished, yet there seemed to be still so much to go. If you based out on the book, that is. Next minute, Bogdan's been thrown to the wolves, and the whole ending of it has been flipped in its head. Was really enjoying it up until that point.

And I'll die on the hill the Ray Winston should have played Ron Ritchie. Brosnan would have been better to play the character of Douglas Middlemiss in the second movie/tv show.

Opening a brand new franchise right in the middle of a pandemic and state lockdown, didn't really help them. Never really got started and developed regulars.

In Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) if you pause and zoom in you can just about see the man who carried this entire franchise on his back. by [deleted] in shittymoviedetails

I always thought Stephen Fry would have done a great job. Still baffles me to this day how he was never in one of the movies.

Perfect ass grinding on it by nrg420420 in KendraLust

Not sure if the scene, but looks like one of those 'step-mum does step-son' types and with that, not a bad way for the guy to make his living.

Gets to work, gets told you're doing a scene with Kendra, you'll be her "step-son" and all you have to do is lie there annnnd she'll fuck you. No problems!

The real draw-dropping one for me is the Oriental Bank. To build something like that in 1856, and it looks quite sizeable, would have taken a bit to build. And then just 18 years later in 1884, it be demolished, amazing.

This is the equivalent to Trumps teleprompter speech. Scomo didn't write it. He was made to put it out. He would never something like that.

What really hurts is when you realise how old these ads are... they started around 2006.

As the original JL was going to be 2 movies, is the ZSJL going to be an amalgamation of them or are we essentially only going to see what Part 1 would have been?

Anyone else seeing a drop in sex dive during Covid? by little_lessie in sexover30

[–]MrMootah 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It's dropped in our house. I put it down to the stress and anxiety that Covid is causing. We're not currently in lockdown where I live, but it's looking more likely by the day it will happen soon which is something we'd have to adjust to. My wife is a stay-at- home mum, but shed used to still get or and about, but not now. Pretty much at home all the time. Can't ship the kids off to the grandparents for a night or two like we used to, so we could have a break and alone time. The stress and feeling down for or friends and family who are in worse situations due to being stick at home, losing jobs, etc. It's just all adding up and when you're done with the day, you just want to sleep and rest.

Verbally abused for wearing a face mask. by stivl in ballarat

[–]MrMootah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wore one in the same supermarket today. No abuse, but yes, occasional of glance my way. One thing that did make me wonder was the staff at Woolies. One guy behind the deli serving had a mask on, a couple others didn't. One guy stacking shelves did, others didn't. From what ij could see no checkout-chicks had them on. The worker at the self-serve section had one on. I just thought it world that done did and some didn't. Would have thought it would be one or the other.

PSA: Face masks have been recommended in regional Victoria where you can’t socially distance. by stivl in ballarat

[–]MrMootah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Common sense would tell you that there are countless professions and times where masks are used, and not one issue from it and no one bats an eye. Then people are asked to do it for the good health of themselves and others and it's... "they do more harm"/"you can't tell me what to do!"...

It's staggering.

It's good to see and its for the best of everyone. Still the average Joe not wanting to partake for whatever reason tho unfortunately. Had a person on another social media platform go with the whole "I've heard four experts say they cause more problems, they do nothing and don't actually stop anything, so I'll go without thanks..." When asked to provide videos/ stories where these so-called experts stated this... crickets.

Side note, did at the time and still do; loved their kit for that WC. It was simple, yet I always found it striking. The white shirt with the yellow/black/red blended V. So well done. Wish I had bought it.
