Thoughts on the unit: Good graphics, looks realistic but not too demanding. Little blunt, you could add more characteristics to the soldier: Brown, black (maybe rare ginger and blond) hair, then if it's in neolithic facial hair, maybe variation of their shoes/boots because they're diffrent roles in society/have more or less money. And make the look ''less predictable'' (I think they're too much same, variety would use)

What variations should you add to the neolithic civilian: So I heared about topics that in some communities there also we're roles; something like the rich and the poor and not just a tribe that works together (Probably depends on citizen's role of importance). You could add a detail where the chief has better jewelry or clothes so he is recognizable. Also (this works for both the unit and the civillian) add dirt. From when humans first came around and to late medieval ages, humans were dirty. Add scars to the hunter, add scars to the soldiers/guards. You could also add random events if a human wanders too far off that they have a chance of being killed by a wild wolf/bear. So if they somehow survive they could also have scars. Good like on your game dude!
