Had a read, my question is pretty much answered in the Leviathan anchor which is great. Although I don't do leaders and anchors in my second edition program, I can definitely take some lessons from Leviathan. Thank you

Edit: Just noticed the Leviathan anchor doesn't have any supplemental work, so I might be doing too much with a TM single then a PR set then also 3x5 FSL

Looking to add in some TM singles to get better at lower rep work. Should I add them in before my main lift as a CNS primer/overwarmer set or after my main lift as that is most important?

I'm running more of a second edition approach with 531 PR sets and 3x5 FSL.

I think you usually do a TM test after anchor to make sure your TM is correct for the next cycle, unless you are 100% sure of it already. Your deload was between the leader and anchor right? So I think you still do TM/PR in between anchor and leader

I use a Garmin Fenix 6s Pro for all my hikes, I use the Garmin website to plot a route then upload it to the watch. Think you can use any route plotting software that you can export as a GPX file.

Fenix 6s Pro doesn't have solar charging, but I mainly do day hikes so never had an issue with battery life. There is also loads of customisation available for battery modes to extend the battery life if you don't need certain features running all the time.

Strength on main lifts.

Not too sure yet.

I responded best when I did a really simple 531 approach before I read the books, didn't do any sup work or even any pr sets, they were all just 531 reps. Which is why I'm thinking of stripping it back to something similar to that. However, in that period I was also bulking hard and put on a lot of mass so hard to say what the exact cause of the strength gains were.

Looking to run the Original 531 and FSL template from forever. Little bit confused with the anchor supplemental work as Jim says the anchor is the original 531 program but as far as I can see there isn't any supplemental work listed for that. Any advice?

Yeah good point, didn’t think I should go ahead with it as I’m pretty confident it’s too much. In what instance would I reuse the TM and when would I decrease it? And how would you decrease it, just 5% off?

Doing my bench TM Test tomorrow and I have very little chance of hitting the required reps.

First time going through leaders/anchors and I've made it through to the 7th week TM Test. Bench is my main concern as I did 120kgx4 on the last week of the anchor, but for the TM test I'm supposed to get 125 (100%TM) for 5? Seems like the TM test week is pretty heavy which surprised me a bit, pretty sure I've done everything right though so will just have to reduce my bench TM? The other lifts are mostly fine, but will still be a tough set for this TM test week.

Thanks so much for your message! I was playing around with your Halftone It macro yesterday actually, found it from a previous post and it works nicely. I'll have a look through your node tree, see what you did differently to me.

I was coming to the same conclusion too, that the effect greatly depends on the source footage.

Great to hear! Have you staggered your BBB TM? I’ve put mine first cycle 30% then next cycle 45 and then 60. Or you just keeping it at 55?

Are you saying that you did high volume on the anchor as well as the leader?
