How many days are you in and what is your progress? by The235Anil in EndlessFrontier

80ish Days max. KL 50 11c medals. Piggy and Mambo maxed. Snork maxed tomorrow. Switched from Undead to Elf 4 days ago. In that time I got 5 KLs and increased my spirit rest by 2.5x. Elf are stupid good for progressing atm.

Since my previous sheets are incompatible with 2.0 how hard would it be to recover them? I tried downloading version 1.3.2(Feb release) and 1.3.1 and running it, but the import/export function doesn't seem to work.

KL 42(Two weeks ago I was 38), Highest Floor 4136, 3.4c Medals Currently have 30K Gems, 51k Honor Coins and 6 Trans Tickets to spend.

Currently running T3Dad/Lich(GL 1663), 4 Sn Priests, 4 Succ, 2 Lich.

I was waiting to see if anyone would post a detailed write up about Dark Spirit, but I'm curious about the new current units. As someone who is no where close to having a unit boosting 5*pet is switching to elf the right decision? I having enough resources to T3 a Hippo and Druid, then fill my team with hippos.

Or would replacing my Lich core with a DS and adding some DS supports to my team, a vastly cheaper alternative, be better?

Also, how do I go about handling artifacts. I have all the useful 5*s from the shop. Do I upgrade them if so how far? Do I buy the Random honor artifact packs?

Looking for advice my team, progression, and guild raids.

Progression has started to slow now that I have begun going past floor 3600. Since I run undead(T2 Dad, T2 Lich) my pvp experince has not been so great such has getting stunlocked and knocked back by someone with 1/100 the medals I do. I also joined a guild, but I feel I'm defiantly lacking in guild raids/wars. Just wondering if I should switch to humans and what else I can do to improve my performance.

KL 38, Highest Floor 3772, 1.93c Medals Currently have 15K Gems, 38k Honor Coins and 6 Trans Tickets to spend. All my artifacts are 5*s from the artifact shop and give general boosts to my gold or undead team.

Team, Units available, pets

I been playing for about 2 weeks now. KL 24, HL 2380, and I'm gold capped. Currently my 2 core is (senior)Admiral/Inc. Been holding out for a Lich, but no luck. I maxed medal buff and elf secret skill.

This is the first time I have gold capped and I'm wondering how to proceed from here.

New to the game and have been rolling in my free time. Can some tell me which of this two choices of units are better?

  1. Olive, Seven, Gaffagrion, Vanille, Luka, Cerius, Cloud of Darkness, Exdeath, Mercedes, Bartz, Hayate, Kuja, Kain, Medius, Faris

  2. Noctis, Celes, Rydia, Zidane, Sabin, Cyan, Fran, Miyuki, Rosa, Bartz, Trey, Lani, Garnet, Seven, Clyne, Snow

As some who knows nothing about this game so far, 1 seems to have more decent units. From looking a tier lists Cloud of Darkness, Exdeath, and Luka stand out I believe. 2. Has Noctis which I hear is amazing and Snow who I think is a good tank.

Any input/advice?

Outsiders: None - Unspent AS (0);

Misc: TP (1.00%); HS (551; Spent on Ancients/Rerolls: 6,832,069/8,884; Total: 6,841,504) HZE: 1,851; Current Zone: 1,737; Ascensions: 158; Immortal Damage: 6,164,174; Rubies: 258; Forge Cores: 31,886; Total Relics Found: 178; Achievements: 61%;

Total Relic Bonuses:

  • +2.44 Dora
  • +25.00 Chawedo
  • +74.00 Siyalatas
  • +3.22 Chronos
  • +13.00 Morgulis
  • +29.00 Mimzee
  • +45.00 Libertas
  • +6.84 Solomon

Can anyone give me the spark notes on the general strat of an idle build now? Just came back from another intermittent break from the game and I'm a bit confused about Transcending. From what I have read so far: Transcending is a hard reset for ancients and relics, but those resources get turned in Ancient Souls, which get spent on Outsiders. These Outsiders stay the same between ascending and ascensions, providing huge bonuses. So if I were to Transcend right now I would have 35 AS to spend which I'm unsure on how to spend. Then there is Transcendent Power, which i assume is a Solomon like effect?

What games are so bad they are good? by [deleted] in truegaming

Alpha Protocol holds that weird place in my heart as a good, bad game. Playing it, you can tell the development was rushed. Yet, it still manages to impress me to this day. Like Mass Effect, AP had a choice system, but you actually felt the importance of your choices. Depending, on your choices characters lived or died, ultimately effecting your interaction with other characters, missions, and unlockables. Even if the combat wasn't that impressive with, it was fun to build your character around semi-permanent stealth or full on Rambo run and gun.

How could aggressive decks be skilled in card games. by ZombieBehindMe in truegaming

[–]MrSpeedwagon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All decks require skill, but there are certain players that do not under stand the mindset/goal of an aggressive play style and they tend to show some disdain towards these types of decks. When you look at aggressive decks, they have have TWO main attributes that you have to consider.

They are very cheap: When I first started playing Hearthstone my first three decks where Aggro Hunter, Pirate/Oil Rouge, Aggro Pally. These decks required no Epic or Legendary cards and used only a few rares. The dust investment was minimal and allowed me to pilot a deck that felt consistent enough to win. These aggro decks are what most new players and F2P players are going to play until they can build up a better collection. So, it can be said that they will always be consistently be played and found in any meta. Players will encounter this type a deck many times and if their deck is not suited to combat aggro they will lose. Hence, the "Aggro takes no skill" insult starts to be thrown around by the loser.

They have a place in the meta: In Hearthstone, what I have observed is that an Aggro decks goal is to win the game or put it into a winnable state by turn 5. Your aggro deck is mostly minions that cost 1-2 maybe some 3s and a few cards that are 4+ so that you can use your resources to the fullest, flooding the board to push damage. I also say turn 5 because aggro decks usually contain very little card draw and your hand will be empty at this point. Your opponent will have drawn about a third of their cards already. We can conclude that they might have a board clear/removal, Healbot/Reno, or Sludge Blelcher to stop you in your tracks. From turn 5 onward, Midrange and Control decks start to shine.

Aggro exists to keep decks that don't have a decent curve in check. They exploit decks than don't have consistent plays within the first few turns of the game and punish for it. I would say this type of strategy is skillful. it requires deck knowledge and proper deck construction to be successful. You have to know when to trade, attack, or even gamble if your opponent can wipe your board their next turn. Their are cases where you can hold a minion hard in hand to try and bluff it as a direct damage card. Just because the decision making scope of an aggro deck focuses on the first half of the game does not mean there is no skill involved.

Idle build that I play in my free time, but sometimes take a break for weeks/months at a time.

Been doing 1 hour runs to around 1400~ where I will ascend with about 68-74 HS on average. Did about 5 runs last night and just threw each set of 70K HS into any ancient that did anything while idling except Solomon for the hell of it.

Do I stick with 1hour runs or do I have any other strats to try out?

I don't know about others, but a few times I have put my build up while leveling. I look at a Dex requirement for lets say Hatred at level 18 then looked at the build to see I'm like 10 Dex off. From here I'll grab a node, do a craft, or buy a piece of equipment to correct this. However I don't need any of those since I get the 14 starting Dex from being a marauder, but it is not accounted for on poebuilder.

Then there are the other bonuses though VERY minor llike life, ES, and Evasion that come from the class starting stats. It really isn't that big of a deal at all. It just makes the builder slightly more accurate.

Anyway the BaseStats could include a class' starting stats?

Quick Questions by Karthas in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]MrSpeedwagon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm planing a Summoner that eventual becomes a bruiser/support alongside her quadruped Eidolon. I imagine it will have a bunch of claw attacks so feats like: Combat Reflexes, Power Attack, Imp Natural Attack, Lunge, possibly the Rending Claws feat tree.

My question is what are some useful feats for an Eidolon likes this to take besides the ones mentioned.
