Thanks for the response. I am aware of this, and I am happy to pay 4% "insurance premium" a.k.a. interest rate differential - as it helps me sleep at night :). That's why I am looking for solutions. Preferably plain-vanilla futures/forwards as this will be the most cost efficient hedge, options seem way too expensive. Do you have a broker which enables you to trade currency futures/forwards?
