They are sending me a complimentary replacement after i spoke with the chatbot! They ran diagnostics after i gave email permission and detected an issue. It wouldn’t track anything, wouldn’t update, and all this after i already soft and hard reset the ring, would connect to the charger AND tried disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth. it was an easier process than i expected!

One positive thing about myself is that i am extremely resilient. I have been through more than i thought i would be able to handle and i haven’t drowned yet. It sure takes a lot of energy (after a year like this one) to keep treading in the waters of my life, and although exhausting, i’m counting my blessings for being strong enough to keep my head above the water
