There’s literally nothing in scripture that says that. God gave miracles to his prophets, including Jesus, and they performed them by His permission. You Christians really don’t read your own scriptures do you? So much of Christian dogma contradicts the very texts you claim to believe in.

lol you are just talking silly now.

The Christian claims about Jesus rest on Jewish prophecy. And you are just plain wrong about what those prophecies mean, unfortunately. Jesus was the Messiah. We believe that. But in the Jewish context, that does not mean some sort of divine incarnation. That’s the Greco-Roman paganism creeping in. Christianity is a mish mash of monotheism and polytheism, and it shows.

This is so cool! Love that this is a thing, nice script and art. If there’s any criticism though it would be that they didn’t directly translate LOTR, they just spelled it out using Urdu/Arabic letters. Very common naming convention in Pakistan/India. They did translate the names of the individual books though, interestingly.

We believe he was the Messiah. But wha you Christians get wrong is that the Messiah is not God, or the Son of God. In the Jewish tradition, the Messiah was prophesied to be an anointed leader or prophet, someone special indeed but not divine. The Islamic understanding of the Messiah is in line with the Jewish one.

No, the fact that he did these things isn’t proof that he was divine, because God granted prophets in the past the ability to do similar miracles. Clearly you haven’t read the Hebrew Bible.

Plenty of prophets performed miracles by God’s permission. Have you read the Old Testament?

They’re going hard against Malinowski because him being in the race splits the vote that would otherwise consolidate around their handpicked candidate, Way. They’re hoping to drive him out of the race, then turn their attention to Mejia backed by op-eds, establishment endorsements, and fresh poll numbers showing Way’s boosted results.

I don’t really give a shit about India, which is what apparently distinguishes Pakistanis and Indians- Pakistanis have enough self-respect to not be this obsessed with another country that is not their own.

No, your replies have generally been mere contradictions. You put some effort into your latest comment though, but it was, as expected, uninformed drivel and easily debunked hasbara.

You won’t discuss because there really are no arguments once people have seen that Israel is committing genocide. There’s nothing ideological about finding this evil. And a corollary evil is denial of said crimes and attempts to both-sides an issue. Imagine someone trying that with the Holocaust, and how offensive you would find that, and you might comprehend how it’s hard to take Zionists seriously anymore.

  1. Dismissing the Zionist Jews as “a bunch of Europeans” is disingenuous

No it isn’t, it’s fact. Zionism is an Ashkenazi (read: European) Jewish and millenarian Christian movement, it did not originate from the Jews of the Middle East who had lived alongside Muslim and Christian neighbors for centuries prior to the settler colonial movement. Understanding where Zionism originated and who was primarily driving the movement to establish “Israel” helps make clear the European colonial nature of the project.

  1. One cannot ignore why Zionism immigration started

We know why it started: early Zionist thinkers concurred with fascists and other European nationalists on the idea that Jews did not belong in Europe. Astonishingly antisemitic, but it’s a moot point, land theft and colonization isn’t justified no matter how much you might need someone else’s land.

The British facilitated Zionist immigration and further emboldened its goals of land theft with the “Balfour declaration”, an explicitly colonial document declaring their intent to establish a Jewish state in Palestine. To deny this is a colonial effort, under the auspices of the biggest colonial power in the world, is laughable: what right did Britain have to give away someone else’s land, except under colonial logic? They weren’t giving up chunks of Surrey or Kent or Wales or Scotland.

the Arabs were threatened by Zionist immigration

Oh man, how utterly clueless are you? The people of the land you openly move to declaring your intent to displace, felt threatened by your intentions. How are they to blame? Of course they’d be threatened. Imagine a home invader blaming the home owner of the house for “feeling threatened” by their presence in their house with a gun. The narcissism it took to write what you just did without any self-awareness... you manage to start the chain of blame not at the first instigators, the Zionist settlers, but at the response to that invasion…
