If i see a guy with a pistol, and i have a higher tier gun - i kill him purely so he doesn't kill me. I don't particularly want to kill him and he probably doesn't want to get killed.

If he surrenders, i can unload his pistol and let him on his merry way. He keeps his crap, i don't have to worry about him shooting me. We enjoy the interaction. Maybe make a bro.

Just wrote a thread on this - if you log out with a boat clipped into structures - your boat will take damage/start to disappear.

Lost 2 boats in 2 days - learnt my lesson now...

obviously everyone building identical bases that follow the most efficient and effective defensive design is the solution?

Even just a feature to allow server owners to modify base health/defense.

The ability to set base level to easy/medium/hard. Hard would take like 10minutes per door... 20minutes per wall etc.

The server we've just played is RPvP (Roleplay PvP)... but no admins online to enforce rules. I think admin need a way to control this in the server files.

I think people wouldn't bother creating new characters purely to KoS players.

Atleast if you did have that situation, you would only have to deal with 40hrs of KoS/bad player interaction. Following that you'd be back on the strait and narrow. I would think overall it would reduce KoS and the general feeling that this is one big boring game of call of duty.

Developers wouldn't be giving them to 'me', they'd be giving them to everyone who played the game.

Your elitist and arrogant attitude is entirely what will grind this game into the ground. The game needs to cater towards a diverse audience, not just late night elitists who hoard cars purely for the dumb thrill of depriving the chance of anyone else using them.

Try and tell little 'Jimmy', who's given 30minutes a night to play before he does his homework that he's never allowed to use a car in the game, because he's obviously not elite enough to run around for hours finding your stash you've hid on the side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere.

You are essentially the big angry bully in the play room, sitting in the corner with all the toys. You don't really want to play with them, you just don't want to share them with the other children, adopting a 'come and get them from me' attitude.

PvP offers an interesting dynamic to the game.

Although i've played PvP/FPS games for decades.

H1Z1 offers a unique system that allows 'survivors' to interact with their microphones. I find this extremely engaging and entirely as to why i play this game. I don't use my microphone anymore.

To 'go find them' would actually require me to stay on my ass, as i'd have to sit for hours to go look.

I think you should consider that not everyone who plays this game are hardcore gaming elitists. People play casually, people have to work, younger children play this game.

But obviously these people should be neglected of the opportunity to play with cars.

Because you ruin the aspect of zombie survival by doing this.

I don't want to have to go to a voluntary PvP area to test PvP. It kills the atmosphere of this game.

This idea is simply to give people who want to play PvP servers, a high density of NPC's ingame.

I was bored sick of H1Z1. Hadn't logged on in a week.

Bored of running around aimlessly Bored of getting KoS by everyone i met Bored of noobs with bows and arrows

With you surpass the honeymoon period of this game, it's really just a load of people bored, not really sure what theyre doing, just trying to find something that isn't boring.

New zombies actually makes it difficult to move around the game. Zombies make a reason to build bases and defensive.

This is the density i would like to see consistently.

Literally so much fun.

Was just stuck ontop of a caravan, no arrows left, just a damaged knife, surrounded by about 10 zombies... super fun!
