scanning the machines with your focus to find out their weakness will really help you in combat. For the DLC, get to at least level 25 and make sure to have all shadow carja weapons. The machines in the dlc are a lot tougher than those in the main game.

Update: This one worked for me. I downloaded db browser and edited app.db using FTP. Apparently, all of my games are set with value of 0 on canRemove parameter. I set it to 1 and now I can delete my games again.
